Performance pressure. Exhaustion. Dissatisfaction. Restlessness. Relationship patterns. Loneliness. Endless analyzing. Self-criticism. You know there could be more. But you can’t reach it.

 

Gestalt therapy is not about finding quick solutions, but about becoming aware of what is truly present – in your thoughts, in your body, in your feelings.

   

For me, as a mathematician, ultrarunner and AI-consultant, Gestalt has become essential in connecting structure with flow, control with trust, and head with heart, belly and pelvis – allowing me to feel fully alive.

 

If you wish for positive change in your life, perhaps feel overwhelmed by your options, or are simply exhausted from searching for improvement, I will gladly accompany you with honesty and genuine curiosity. It’s worth the effort getting to know yourself better.

   

I work in dialogue, at eye level, without offering ready-made solutions. Together we will tune in closely and explore what actually stands in the way of you and your needs – in your own time, with humor, and in mindful contact.

   

I am a Gestalt therapist in training at Irgendwie Anders.

 

I am currently offering 1o1 sessions remotely and in Berlin free of charge.
